Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely package the items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Ship the Package

Send your return using a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
